How does outsourcing medical billing work?
We integrate with your EHR and become your dedicated billing department. Patient encounters flow from your system to ours. We handle coding, claim submission, denial management, payment posting, and patient statements. You get monthly reports showing exactly where your revenue stands.
How long does credentialing take?
Typically 60-90 days depending on the payer and your specialty. We handle the entire process: CAQH profile, NPI setup, insurance applications, and follow-ups. Most practices see their first insurance payments within 90 days of starting with us.
What EHR systems do you work with?
We work with most major EHR platforms including AdvancedMD, athenahealth, DrChrono, Kareo, and others. If you don’t have an EHR yet, we’ll set one up as part of your onboarding. The EHR subscription is included in your monthly fee.
What’s included in the $3,500 setup fee?
Everything you need to start billing: credentialing with insurance payers, EHR setup and configuration, clearinghouse connection, HIPAA compliance documentation, patient consent forms, practice email and fax systems, and chart templates for your specialty. When we’re done, you’re ready to see patients and get paid.
How do I get started?

Are there long-term contracts?
